I have been looking at the recommendations from Wendler's new book about running through 2 cycles before deloading. I am almost finished my 2nd cycle and feel great so I am going to skip the deload week again. Anyone see any problems with that?Last cycle I missed my deadlift 1+ lift, so I just ran it at the same numbers for the second cycle and hit it for 2, but other than that stumble everything is going well.RB
I would start another cycle if you feel great. Take advantage of it. Also, deloads do not need to last the whole week. Let's say you start another cycle, but after the first workout you start to not feel good. You can deload the rest of the week if you like.With deloading, the key simply doing it when you feel beat up or run down.
