siikozuKeymasterHello all, I'm doing CNS atm. I've done low carb extensively in the past with great results so I'm not too worried about that part. I find that pretty much as long as I can get thru the first 3 day hump my appetite and cravings dissapear and I'm good to go until I get miserably bored with my food. For this reason, CN excites me. I am however concerned about going nuts on my CN and having a hard time getting back into LC the next day due to sugar cravings. Any suggestions for what I can do about that? I'm thinking I might just stick to fruit for CN because i think that will be a safer test of my discipline. What are your thoughts? As far as exercise, I used to do P90X and got into pretty good shape with that while following a low carb diet. I've since let myself go and I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I dont really want to do P90X again bc well, I'm burnt out on it, and from what I'm reading on here it is not the best routine. Also, for cardio I used to do TurboFire which is a HIIT workout with Chalene Johnson. I understand that resistance training is key here, but I have two issues. I cant really get out to a gym because I work 50+ hours a week so DVD programs are going to be the most effective options for me. Are there any DVD programs you can recommend that I try? I've tried looking up some of the programs mentioned here, but I find the books and websites kind of daunting because I'm not super familiar with the exercises. I would do Shockwave but I don't have an Iphone. 🙁Also, I have a rotator cuff injury that is still bugging me atm, tho it seems to be improving as long as I dont aggravate it being a retard. >.> So, in the meantime, while that's healing, would it be okay for me to do something like TurboFire? Maybe not a whole 5 days a week, but maybe the 30 minute video twice a week?Otherwise, I'm kind of going to be stuck focusing on lower body alone while my shoulder heals? Or should I just skip working out altogether while dieting on CNS until I am lower in BF?Any help would be appreciated! Thanks 🙂 🙂

I'm thinking I might just stick to fruit for CN because i think that will be a safer test of my discipline. What are your thoughts?Well there are ULC treat recipes on the DH site you can try and many among the forum. Sticking to just fruit is not the most ideal Carb choices. Super ripe bananas, grapes, and mangos are okay in moderation and at the beginning of the CN.As far as exercise, I used to do P90X and got into pretty good shape with that while following a low carb diet. You can train if you want to.Any help would be appreciated! Thanks 🙂 🙂
