I went through a recent food allergy test and it turns out that I'm allergic to whey. Luckily cheese isn't on that list.What are some alternatives that I could use in my PWS?
If I were you I'd try with the beef collagen proteins (see http://proteinco.ca or http://upgradedself.com), the hemp proteins (perhaps the one from http://onnit.com) and some of the egg proteins (not familiar with any of these though).
Isn't egg protein powder supposed to taste pretty awful?
some brands do.. the two i listed above taste good to me.. you are just limited on flavor choices unless you go through something like true nutrition.. nothing like the amazing options you have with whey but it has been fine for me
