I´m finished the 10th day of CBL yesterday and had lost 5kg then, started att 116kg Stats: Deadlift: 280kg Squat:180kg ( weak :/)Front Squat: 140kg Pushpress: 130kg Bench: 140kg Just started doing olympic lifts to: Full Clean: 110kg Snatch: 50kg Posting in attachment workout i wrote up started last week, expecting critics.
