I'm a man, mid thirties. I've purchased and read through Carb Nite because I want to lose some body fat. I'll be starting the Reorientation phase next Wed. I train using the basic barbell movements and also perform pull ups. I don't do or care for cardio ::). I found out about Carb Nite via Mark Bell on youtube. I'm convinced that Carb Nite it THEE way to rid body fat quickly, guess I'll find out just how effective the solution is. Good day people! 🙂
