Just signed on…..I'm looking to rip this crap up! I'm 6'0 and about 285 now@ 40yrs. Last year at this time I was at 250 and running 5K's and doing a few Sprint Tri's. I tore my Achilles a bit and am awaiting surgery later this summer. So long story short….only cardio I can do is swimming. I've put on a “few” pounds over the winter. I lift around 6-630-7 PM….so I think this may be the right program for me. I've been reading all day and plan on starting my Prep Phase tomorrow!!! I've tweaked one of the plans and hopefully have a guideline for now!! Any help, advice, encouragement, pushes in the right direction will be greatly appreciated!!
