Hey, soliciting thoughts for a friend who is in the following situation:Meet is in 6-8 weeks (I forget), and -she- wants to get from 62 to 58kg (lose 13lbs) while training for an olympic lifting meet. Her BF is estimated at 18-20%. She's currently eating pretty much a straight protein diet, maybe only 20% fat. No breakfast for a few hours, ephedrine/caffeine pills or coffee, cottage cheese and fruit for lunch, big meals of protein and greens in the afternoon and evening with post-workout whey-iso shake.What would y'all recommend? Anyone designed programs for performance and cutting that much weight, or know of a podcast or article where Kiefer or other experts talk about such a program?Thanks,Poke
