YetiUpKeymasterwell I have been through the Prep phase as of today and am looking forward to “tweaking” my plan and becoming a S.H.I.T. a little confused on the Carb bits i.e. my target BW is 220 so Low-carb Cal is at 890, and i lost about 8-9 lbs during prep so the Delta chart has base line Carbs(in grams not Cal) at 727-818g… in grams that's a hell of a lot of carbs a night! wanna get this right and mainly drop my fat percentage, est 30% right now at 248lbs. any help out there?

GonnaBeGiantMemberYou starting out with a really high bf %.So your gonna watch your ULC periods and BL's very carefully and not go over board, have you heard about CNS?

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorAt nearly 30% BF you'd be much better off doing CNS, both from the fact it would be easier to do, fat lose will be quicker, it will put your hormones in a better, healthier place, and being at a higher BF will make maintaining muscle mass easier then it would while at a low BF.

When CNS is mentioned i immediately think Central Nervous System... is that the Carb Night book? gonna google a good way to get an accurate BF percentage. for now anything is more than what i was doing for the last 6 months. and i like following the CBL SA protocol ( i don't kill the max carb at night)

YetiUpGuestDid a more accurate BF and am around 20% +- 2% next plan is to search the forums for specific training plans, since resistance training is rather general. Any good ideas to find maxes without a spotter? I'm usually alone in the workout (could always tell someone to stop and ask for a spot I suppose)oh and I'm 6'3" 248lbs and 32 yrs 6months ago I was at a bench of 310, squat around 370 (didn't wanna hurt my back so wasn't trying to get higher) mainly my eating habits sucked so that's where I'm lacking and looking to attack. No more rollercoastering!
