Syn3rgyUKMemberJust reading through CBL, and reading the citations regarding breakfast. These were all listed by Keifer. Dickie NH, Bender AE. Breakfast and performance in school children. This seems to go against the advice at ref 19 chapter 14?

Spencer ClarkParticipantWithout going through the sources, if what you say is true: that breakfast is irrelevant to cognitive performance, that absolutely supports not eating breakfast. If it has no effect in that area, don't eat and take advantage of all of the metabolic benefits.
