I read the 3 part article on creatine and was a little confused.So, from my understanding, letting Creatine Monohydrate dissolve is a bad thing.What I do is just poor the dosage into a glass of water and than chug it. It doesn't necessarily dissolve in the cup but maybe it dissolves during the digestion? I'm not quite sure, but am I doing it correctly or should I just put the powder in my mouth and try to down it that way?
