Hey guys, another straight up noob question  ::)I remember reading somewhere that a multivitamin may spike your insulin. Here's the link to the profile of the multi I'm currently taking: http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=CF-1777#.UZvzNGEpfaJWould this be safe to take on ULC days? Thanks and sorry if the question seems somewhat stupid but unfortunately... I'm gunna have a lot more of them! Lol

if it did i couldn't see it having much effect overall.. if worried i'd just take it later in the day(i take mine with dinner)

Nope. No problem there. The only thing in a multi Id be worried about would be the fillers they use. If there was carbohydrates in them. But even then youd need to be taking tons of them to have a signficant detrimental effect.
