I have two tubs of OEP Pro Powder at my disposal and I want to ask a few questions before I break into them.1) I want to use a scoop of this as a replacement for coffee in the morning accelerator shake. I was planning on taking 1 scoop of this with 1 Tbsp pure MCT Oil. The OEP has 125 mg caffeine as well as yohimbine, and yohimbine's effects are completely blunted by insulin. I was wondering if the MCT Oil would have any impact on the yohimbine? No, right? Because from what I know MCT Oil won't cause any sort of rise in insulin because it's only fat. Just checking.2) The OEP powder, while calories free, contains sucralose and ace-k in the "other ingredients" list. I know Kiefer makes the case to avoid these artificial sweeteners at all costs, but would the MCT Oil blunt the impact these artificial sweeteners would have on insulin? I heard in the BioJacked Podcast #2 that if someone was to have Ace-K, they'd be better served taking it in with a high-fat meal, so my thinking was that the tablespoon of MCT Oil would counteract the sucralose and Ace-K. Am I right?I want to take this combo 2x a day, once at 8 am upon waking and then again at 11:00 or noon depending on the day (work schedule). Thanks guys

I'm not seeing the point of adding this in when coffee increases the fat burning, it is a hunger suppressant, and with added fat in the morning, provides added nutrients (especially if you are using the accelerator shake that also contains isolates).  The issue with the Ace-K is that you are having it first thing in the morning.  The amount of fat that you are consuming with the MCT oil (somewhere around 11-17 g of fat/tbsp) may not be enough in this case to compensate.  I would use Ace-K with meals versus drinks, IMO.
