Can anyone recommend a non-powder PWO supplement(s)? I'm adding weight-training to the diet now and I know this is important, but I've never been able to handle the powders. Even if I hold my nose and try and chug it, I end up gagging and spitting it all over the place. I don't know why; I could never even have it in a Jamba Juice or Smoothie King- I could still taste it (it's partially a texture thing). I know tablets/capsules might not be absorbed as quickly, but I imagine they are still better than nothing.
