    Hey there guys! I am new to ATHLETE.IO, however I am not new to Carb Nite! I have been on it for roughly 3.5 months, and am going to shift gears to CBL to get a lean bulk.  While on Carb nite i actually maintained weight but did notice some aesthetic changes which was a little frustrating but you can't argue with the mirror that is for sure!I just placed my supplement order from TN.com and am eagerly awaiting their arrival so I can get this show on the road.  Robert by the numbers:Started CN 2/18/13weighed :191#Today i weighed: 188# (roughly where i have been for a while)workout 5x week in the AMI hope to be starting CBL on 6/5-6/6 depending on supplement arrivalThis should be a very fun/ interesting journey to see if i can flip that BEAST MODE switch on and take it to the next level!Any support/advice/tips or even critisism is greatly appreciated!also i will attach a before and after picture of my CN cycle!Thanks in advance!-Robkat89

    looks like you made some good progress already. What sort of training do you do? also how many backloads a week were you planning on doing?

    well i train mon-fri so i was figuring 5 with a light backload on sunday night for mondays lift…i am currently doing SWP might switch it up if it would benefit lean bulking.

    since you are coming off CNS you may want to ease into the backloads.. really up to you though.. me personally am doing two a week and I train 5 times a week. I'm doing 5-3-1 and backload after my squat and deadlift days. The rest of the days I stay ULC. This is working well so far and in a month or so ill add in a third backload to see how that goes. Everyone's different though so try some things out and see what works best for you

    Yeah im gonna try out 5 smaller backloads…see how i respond to that.
