If I’m doing HIIT I’m usually about an hour….If I’m just lifting I’m usually out in 45 minutes max.I’m purely lifting for Glycogen Depletion….not looking for strength or size. Just wondering how long everyone is spending in the gym??

Why don't you just do HIIT then? Lifting really isn't all that great for glycogen depletion. Or are you just doing HIIT with weights?
That's a great point! I guess I was under the impression that lifting heavy was to help with depletion? Got to be honest though…I do kind of like the changes I'm seeing from lifting….the wife isn't complaining either. lol

Two HIIT sessions the two days after your Carb Nite is really all you need to get rid your glycogen. You will lose a lot of glycogen just by being low carb.
But to get the most out of CBL and CNS isn't translocation of tGLUT important? I was under the impression the only way to do that was heavy lifting, it doesn't have much of anything to do with glucose depletion…

CBL yes, but we are talking about CNS which doesn't require tGLUT translocation.
