Hi guys and girlsI searched for this but got nuthin' so please don't yell at me if this has been answered. My gym is undergoing a renovation and so the weights area has had to close for just over a week. To compensate the gym has put on additional fitness group classes inlcuding Les Mills Bodypump.  Just wondering what are people's thoughts on this class for those that are familiar with it? I figured it was a good enough substitute for my usual weights workout - albeit the focus is on lighter weights with more reps - seeing as though it would only be a week or so. But anyway I found it pretty hard since I was using the heaviest weights I could without passing out and there's next to no recovery time between reps and sets. Is it something I should continue, just to mix things up a bit, say 1 or 2 classes a week in combo with my usual heavier lifting and HIIT days?Any thoughts on this? Thanks! ;D

I personally do Body Pump twice a week as a depletion workout, I quite enjoy it actually, been doing it for a few years now. I do not backload after it though, they are two of my ULC days and I don't do heavy lifting the same day.I also do Body Attack twice a week as HIIT (again, no backloading, ULC days)..
