In the CBL book, Kiefer states for an example during prep to have cottage cheese before bed. I thought you wanted to take in 30g or less carbs/day, during the 1st half of the day. Is my thinking wrong? Or is it just 30g/day, no matter when?Tony
During the prep it's 30g a day every day for 10 days.If fat loss is the main goal you only backload on training days, otherwise it's under 30g all day.

Thx for the info. I figured that was it. Just wanted to be sure. Still new to this. Fat loss is the main goal. Sitting at 195lbs, 5'9" right now. Target is 180-185 and lean.
