    I know its hard to screw this up, but just want to be sure:Wake - 5am530-coffee 1130-12-8oz chicken breast, summer squash2pm-workout30 min after Whey PWO5-dinner Bottom line I am ensuring no more than 30g carbs.  Am I on point?

    The break down is keeping carbs out or as low as 30 usable grams and being ULC. Meaning fat and protein.

    Squash looks out of place, surely that's more than 10g carbs (the max per meal)

    No worries.  I appreciate the responses.  Heck, I'm new to this so I wanted to ensure I was doing it correctly.  Your right change is always good.  Not sure, but can you answer the weigh-in question?Thanks.
