I workout at 2 p.m. daily. As I know and have read this is not the ideal time to have a workout for CBL, but its what it is. I finish my workout roughly 4 to include HIIT. When I start BLing on Thursday, I plan on having my PWO and then 1 hour later having a high glycemic dinner such as sweet and sour chicken with white rice or steak and potatoes. I planned on having the junk at about 8-9 p.m. and bed around 10 p.m. Thoughts?
