Started back loading about 2 weeks ago. Have seen good results so far as far as fat loss and strength gains.Just started using some of the recommended supplements for backloading ( blend h/d, leunox, rilose, creatine ) and was just a little unsure what amount to take far the am accel shake and the post work out. I have started with half of recommended serving of blend d with my coffee and coconut oil. Then for my pwo shake i do 1/3 cup blend d 2/3 cup blend h 5 grams creatine, 1/3 cup rilose and the six leunox pills. Let me know if anyone has tried similar or has any suggestions for tweaking my mixes. I have been feeling good after my workouts but i just wanna make sure im not missing something. Thanks
