I want to transition from CNS to CBL. I was thumbing through my friends CBL book and it said to eat carbs post workout and then continue until going to bed. How is this different from a Carb Nite?

Backloads are much more controlled.  They are shorter and have a lot less carbs.

I would buy the book. Support the product/brand and you'll have a ton of information at your hands.

I'm definitley planning on buying the book if and when I do start it. I was just asking some questions beforehand because I'm not sure if I should do it now.

CNS – 6-8 hours, almost all you can eat.CBL - 2-4 hours, moderate amount of carbs. If you're thinking about starting CBL, don't do it because you want to carbnite it up 3+ times a week. It doesn't work like that.

400-600+ grams of carbs are easily doable in my 2-3 hour window. I dont know if that counts as moderate carb intake. Next to a carb nite perhaps.

I'm the same, my backloads are 300-500g in most cases.Though my CN's are close to 1000g+ if I'm only doing one a week.

That's definitely not why. I just need to put on some muscle. It also seemed like w/CNS, I was really starved for carbs and that my first carb meal was enjoyable but every meal after that I couldn't really enjoy, it just felt like I was stuffing my face. And the next morning I would always feel like I didn't really get to enjoy my carb nite. So in terms of what's enjoyable, I'd rather just have 2-4 hours, three days per week rather than 8 hours once a week.
