    Well had our first re-feed after our post workout and all the way thru 9 p.m. last night.  Holy cow is all I have to say.  I am so full!  Although I must say I am pleased with how I look this morning.  Question though since I know this is the nutrition section.  We are having our friends over on Friday and that is one of our BL nights, my friend is making Buffalo Chicken Dip.  I haven't really looked anything up, but it has chicken, sour cream, cheese and hot sauce with maybe a few other things.  Would this suffice as one of the treats?  Thoughts?  I know there is a lot of fat.

    Adjust your fat intake for the day so you are taking it most of it around that time if you are concerned.

    Makes sense.  I have to take a look at the book again to check my fat intake.
