Hey guys,1st post, but I've been stalking for a while. I started CBL after doing CN about 3 weeks ago and I was doing Shockwave with CN. I've read good/bad on doing SW for CBL, but I wondered if you guys trying Ryan Hughes Blast for Mass program. My brother in law went me the program and it looks intense. Has anyone tried it with CBL?
You can use any program you like with CBL. Just bare in mind that CBL will work better if the program has a decent amount of volume, some heavy weights, some medium rep weight, compound exercises in every workout, not too much eccentric stress (slow/heavy negatives etc) and basically all the things that make a sensible muscle building program.
Thanks for answering man. Blast for Mass has all those types workouts so I should be good to go. It was either this or DTP, but I read most wouldn't recommend that workout.
