Okey, so this made me a bit paranoid. I had to measure how much glutamine I took daily during a period of like one month and it was 40-50g of glutamine/day! I mean, it says the glutamine contains 100% L-glutamin (USP). Does that equal like 40-50g of carbs? If that's the case, I'm well above the 30g of carbs max limit, and I guess those 10 days of prep got wasted ? =(
