It sounds like he's saying, "I don't like how Kiefer has worded his recommendations and I think some of them are bullshit, but the diet works."I read through the comments section and read this post from the interviewer:
Kiefer's emailed me and let me know he'll be posting a video response to this. Keep an eye out for that.
