I'm looking at switching from DB to SA. It's not clear to me from reading the book whether I should be using Leucine and above 10g of protein in a shake on off days. Leucine and protein power will cause an insulin spike right? I'm only using whey isolate at the moment, and I was thinking it would be ok to have 25g with 5g creatine, and 3g leucine on an off day. I would probably take this twice per day on top of the AM accelerator. Is this a good idea when in SA phase or is the idea not to spike insulin at all until post workout for best results?
