I do HIIT Tues, Thurs and Sat.  Since I had an off weekend with eating, should I extend my ULC days instead of BLing my normal Mon, Wed, and Fri post workout?

These are all things that you need to figure out for yourself. All we can do is give suggestions on what has worked for us. They may or may not work for other people. Also remember this is a marathon not a sprint. You will learn things over time with your body and how it responds and adapts.I will tell you due to your posts pretty much asking the same thing that stressing over it isn't going to help you lol. What is considered "off weekend" to you?

I appreciate the response.  I agree that stress won't help, so I will stop worrying about it and just let time tell.  Also I agree its not a sprint, but a marathon lol, but w/o a correct training plan, even one fails at a marathon.  Just open to suggestions.  Honestly, an off weekend to me is plain out just not sticking to the plan.  I have done bodybuilding for quite some time and have had numerous routines/diets to follow, but this one seems to be more challenging than the others.  I think its basically because you know what your goal is with the others, where its straight forward, this is more experimental.  As far as being an expert at nutrition, i seem to struggle.  I know protein, fat, and carbs, but to balance them on ULC days and BL days can be as stated earlier a challenge.  People can get deterred from the lifestyle change if one of those areas is out of balance and they aren't sure what may be causing it.  I know I am rambling, but just stating some points. In the end, it has to be tailored to each individual person, but I will stick this out and get results.  Thanks again.

If you stayed to the back rules of ulc during the day and carbs at night I wouldn't restart the process or anythign to that degree. Keep your ULC with good quality food and as close to zero as possible and keep the backloads clean for a day or two. For me personally I feel a lot of experimenting needs to happen with CN and CBL before you can implement a full plan. I totally understand wanting to do it right and not waste time, money, and effort. Just remember this headache when Labor day comes around 🙂 lol

Yep, most definitely will.  My ULC days have been super clean.  For example, my ULC is today and I only have 2g carbs w/ all meals.  What is the normal fat calculation for ULC and BL days?
