As a female my CBL nights are a little different. No pizza or cherry turnovers, however I still stick to 'dirty carbs' just not on food that is higher in fat. With my dinner I will have a potato or white rice then about an hour later (closer to bed) I'll have a carb meal that will consist of something high in sugar (I.e. bowl of sugar cereal corn pops or lucky charms) and a protein shake with a handful of some kind of candy. As mentioned everyone is different. If I eat high fat and high sugar it bothers my stomach. I eat high fat on my ULC days with my protein. It's what works for me :). Good luck!
