I have a scad of Amino uptake blend from Complete Nutrition (http://www.completenutrition.com/sports-nutrition/amino-uptake/). In my Leangains days I used it pre workout. Since I found CBL, I use Kiefer's recommendation for pre workout. I would add the BCAAs to intra or post workout, except I don't want to go overboard on caffiene..By my workout i usually have had two cups of coffee plus about 250 mg pre workout. When should I use these?
Do you workout in the morning or at night? Also, how sensitive are use to caffeine?I can take 800-1200mg pre-workout and go to sleep 2-3 hours later no problems.
