chrislittle07KeymasterKeifer, I bought the book and love it and all the science behind it. My questions are these:1. Is sucralose unhealthy? With all the shakes I consume following the diet, I consume quite a bit.2. Is there any proof at all that Creatine is unhealthy? I am a GNC franchisee and recommend creatine all the time because of how effective it is and tell customers I have not found any proof at all.3. I have a hard time gaining weight off carb back loading, any quick suggestions? I am trying to get a ton of carbs at night but about pass out!!!!!Thanks man, I appreciate your time and hope to hear back!!!

Richard SchmittModerator1) No sucralose you be fine. Liquid Sucralose is a better choice if you plan to sweeten anything no fillers.2) Go to the Athlete.io site and read the 4 part Creatine Articles.3) What are you eating both ULC times and back loads?

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorEat more.Do you use whole milk? If not use that. Goats, Grass-fed, or Raw will be the best from a health point of view.

Then be sure to drink a couple glasses. Also, you might not be eating all the many carbs, so maybe more carbs.

hahaha. I know the feeling and I AM bulking! (: I look forward to my carbs every night now!OP your diet looks pretty good for gaining weight. Just eat more of some stuff. How much carbs do you think you are getting from those fries and the ice cream?
July 18, 2013 at 9:25 pm #191491
chrislittle07GuestI would probably say I get 350-450 carbs a night, I know I need to stay more consistent and keep hitting the 450 mark for sure.

Gl;itch.eMemberThats pretty decent then. How much do you weigh? How much have you gained eating like this?If you have any questions about the efficiency (or lack) of your digestion I would suggest trying betaine HCL. Its helped me out heaps when bulking in the past. Remember you can eat a shit ton but if your body isnt properly digesting and assimilating what you ingest you wont get anywhere.

I can't wait to finish dieting and finally bulk.I want to say it'll be my first bulk but I pretty much spent the first 15 years of my life perma-bulking...I just forgot to lift.
