I started recently with the back-loading program but I'm a little confused about the meal example plan for the 6pm workout. As the book recommends to skip or delay breakfast and don't eat anything upon waking.Yet the meal plan for the 6pm workout states the followingUpon WakingCoffeeWhey Protein Isolate - 1 scoop (~20g) Drink before the rest of the mealBreakfast meat - 6 ozTomatoes 1 medium, slicedInstead of the A.M. Accelerator Formula that's recommended in the other meal plans.Some explanation would be nice to why it's recommended to eat the breakfast meat upon waking for the 6pm back-loading plan.Until now I've been taking the Accelerator formula because it saves a lot of time in the morning by not eating 😉
