Was wondering if anyone would like to give a run down of their gains when comparing density bulking to strength accumulation. For someone who still wants to lose bf% and make mass gains, is strength accumulation a better choice? Do any of you feel that things get a little sloppy while on DB ? I can afford to lose 10 lbs of bf yet I obviously enjoy the size aspects of working out too, so do you guys think Im better off staying patient through a SA program and not rush the size goal?

SA is what the majority of people should run.If you are a relatively experienced lifter who is lean (or doesn't care about BF) then DB is great, but you will still gain muscle on SA, plus losing fat at the same time much easier making for a easier recomp.
