Hey guys,Just wondering how much, if at all, 1 to 2 g of fiber would hinder my backload. I have a protein on hand that has just over 1 g fiber per serving, and I would be using it during my final backload meal. Should I be worrying about the fiber extending the insulin spike into the night, or would 1-2 g not affect the insulin spike? My posworkout nutrition goes like this:30 minutes post: 27 g hydro whey/28 g dextrose/5 g creatine/5 g leucine1 hr after shake: Same shake again, plus 200 g high gi carbs in a meal (rice, cereal, ripe bananas, etc.)1 hr after meal: Protein w/ 1-2 g fiber included in it, 28 g dextrose, 5 g leucine, 5 g creatine, + 100 g high gi carbs (possibly fatty source of high gi carbs like ice cream, pizza, or rice pudding if I'm feeling like it)My concern is that the 1-2 g fiber in the protein powder would prolong that final insulin spike too long into the night. Should I even be worried? Many thanks!

Not at all.I eat veggies in my backload because it tastes good with the other food I eat and it hasn't seemed to bother me.
