Please Critique My CBL

    I've been using CBL for a few months, but recently I have noticed a halt in my progress. I am roughly 190lbs and am trying to lose that last bit of bodyfat to clearly see my abs without having to flex. I'm pretty sure I need to make a change from my current daily backloads to get to my goal but need some help figuring out what I need to change.Here's a normal day for me: 10am -black coffee1pm protein source (chicken or beef), salad or v8, and shredded cheese4pm- protein source (chicken or beef), salad or v8, and shredded cheese7pm- preworkout (cellucor c4 or kiefer's preworkout formula)830-9pm -Kiefer's Postworkout shake930pm- burger with white buns, safeway bakery muffin, 2 homemade cookies, banana, and possibly a couple spoons of ice creamNow obviously I don't have the same postworkout meal every night but it's usually something to that extent. I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough or too much or if there's something I need to add in. I was also wondering if I needed to switch to Carb Nite to get those last results but I usually workout 5-6 days a week, so I wasn't sure if CBL would work better to refuel my body. Any and all help is greatly appreciated

    So CBL should ultimately be experimented with. You can look among the forums for helpful tips that others have asked and done. I'd suggest taking notes from that. Experiment with using different foods instead of complete junk every night. Also check out some of the Tubecasts that Kiefer put out a while back regarding CBL. Have you looked at some articles on the AIO site as well as read the book? If not I'd suggest checking those out.
