I work out at 6 or 7am, so am usually done exercising around 7 or 8am. Within 30 mins of finishing the workout, I have my "hypertrophic potentiator" shake. Then, after that, I have coffee with either a) heavy cream or b) the coconut "curd" from canned coconut milk.My question: After my morning workout and PWO shake, is there an optimal time when I should have my coffee+fat drink? Or, to put it conversely: After my morning workout and PWO shake, are there times when I should AVOID drinking coffee+fat? (Just wasn't sure if there were any negative effects of having fat right after having the PWO shake.)P.S. In the morning, I like drinking my coffee with fat b/c it's easier on my stomach. And it just tastes better. And it helps suppress my appetite until lunch. 🙂

Or you could have your coffee+fat+protein powder and make an oh so delicious mocha!

I wonder if that is still acceptable to do. Like almond milk with the protein. ;D

As long as its low carb anything is acceptable. Fats pwo are going to kill ya.

I AM train as well. Hour or so after I eat coco oil egg whites and bacon. Pretty much my staple. So I'd say your good.

Aren't you contradicting yourself? Will a low-carb, high-fat pwo drink "kill ya"?

I believe one of the meal plans actually has the ignition formula 30 mins after the hypertrophic exactly for morning training. This morning I only managed 25 mins, such is life, I don't think 5 mins is going to make much difference in the long run 🙂Edit: Actually two of the meal plans have it, both the 6am and 9am variants (and even then it only says "approx 30 mins later" and even "1 or 2 shakes"). I know the meal plans are pretty specific and don't apply to everyone, but still.

Oh yeah--I forgot the Ignition formula also contains fat. Thanks for pointing this out!For those of you who use "heavy whipping cream" with your coffee, which one do you use? All the 0 carb ones at my market seem to contain artificial sweeteners.
