Hi guys,I'm relatively new to the gym. I went for about 6 months and had to stop due to study and looking to get back into it because I miss a good old workout. I'm looking for a 5 day split program that is very easy and simpleTo understand.E.g - Monday - chestTuesday - backWednesday - legsThursday - shouldersFriday - armsIf you could suggest a program that you guys first started on would be much appreciated.Thanks, Chris
