Well summer trip to southern GA is over and now its time for the 10 day prep again. We didn't gain much in weight or fat, but just want to be sure our bodies are prepped appropriately again for CBL. Loving this program already, but honestly during the trip I felt lethargic and crappy the whole time by not eating ULC. Most of the meals were seafood, but still wasn't feeling right. Looking forward to the next 10 days and then back on again. Here we go!!!
