Starting at the end of August, I will be doing my “Acting Internship” (basically, we fourth year medical students are expected to carry the workload of an intern) for one month. This means 12-16 hour days, 6 days a week.I currently am doing CNS and Shockwave , and doing HIIT on one day by itself, and on core day, so I am at the gym 6 days a week. I expect I won't be able to maintain 6 days a week during my AI, and was wondering if anyone could offer any shockwave modifications to go closer to 3 days a week. I can't download the app because I don't have an Iphone.I will say I have seen great improvements on Shockwave, so I would at least like to continue something in the same spirit. Any ideas?
