Hey everyone, name is Josh and I'm a new father looking to get healthy so I can be there for all the important moments in my son's life. I'm 29 years old, 6'1″ and pushing 300 lbs. I have a wide frame so folks never believe I weigh that much, but the scale doesn't lie and neither do the jeans I keep having to buy each year as I get a little fatter. I've been in decent but not great shape before, and am trying to make a big change in my life. I own both CNS and CBL and am looking to focus exclusively on dropping fat. Between the two books I'm sure I can make it work. Looking forward to learning from all of you!
