Now you're not hurting yourself. If you're hungry then try it, but if you're good with lunch then keep with it. Personally I find it much easier to have that small lunch and be done with it. Beef, eggs, and/or CO added to that meal tends to keep me satiated. (Combination of it)
I figured so, just wanted to get a thought or two. I haven't really been hungry. I am just completing the 10 day prep phase again after returning from vacation. I also have my coconut oil first thing in the morning when i wake up. Consuming another dose of CO at lunch, is that ok?
