Hi, I will be training from 3-4:30pm (weights + HIIT), I noticed in the book it says to have 1/2 a Hypertrophic Potentiator with each meal after workout, is this necessary as Casein Hyrolysate is very expensive, thanks for advice

i'm allergic to dairy so i use a plant protein mixture with an extra couple grams of leucine added and a banana.. if i could use dairy i'd just use whey isolate with maybe a little extra leucine with the banana
lol you made it sound so simple. I've spent the best part of a day trying to find a stockist of Casein Hydrolysate in UK, found one but its very expensive for 500g. Just adding Whey isolate seems sooooooooooo easy

whey isolate has long been tested and proven to work well i'd stick with it and your wallet will thank you
