Today I won't be able to (or want to) eat clean due to vacation(last day). I've been doing CBL DBfor two weeks with great results, but how do I control fat gain if I am having junk food from 12 pm-10 pm, with a leg workout in the middle
Easy, save the carbs till after the workout. Just enjoy foods without the carbs for a bit. Or completely ignore the advice, do whatever you want and then just go about the normal way of CBL when you get back.
