OurkoParticipantHi !As i begin posting comments on the forum, i think i should introduce myself. Chris, 39 years old, 1.68m (5'6) and actually 67kg (147.7 lbs), may be BF 11-12%.Living in France, near Lyon.I'm on the forum since, maybe september 2012, after the purchase of CBL, reading only until a few days ago.My background in training, since 2009, i started bodyweight training and evolved a little, but my workouts are always around bodyweight with some weights. That's because i train at home.My schedule is 3-4 training session / week, depends on lenght and type of the current training.Generally, i found a workout for bodybuilding and try to adapt with bodyweight exercises, and adapt the difficulty of the exercice with weights and / or tempo.Sometimes, i can add a hiit or metabolic circuit session. For the nutrition part, at start, was on a standard BB diet. After that, i try chrononutrition, warrior diet, ESE, leangains, CKD, U.D 2.0, Rapid Fat Loss, probably others i forget... And finally CBL.With CBL SA, due to BW training i don't DB, i want to put on muscle mass. It works a little but i derailed with backloads, eating too much processed "sweaties", and the Christmass season was here. After that, want to cut a bit of fat, was back to IF, mix with CNS and very low carb .Too bad, i mess with this cut, and in june, even being in very low carb and calorie deficit, i don't loose a gram, stuck at 70-71kg.So back to a more like zone diet, to have my metabolism back. It works, eating more calories than before, i drop fat again. And hitting a plateus i began to tweak the diet by moving my carbs at night : fat drop again. And now, i'm vlc on off-day and a little carbs after training at night, and 1 day per week: 1 backload. All is fine, i drop fat from 71.3kg to 66.6 in 10 weeks, and BF from 14 to 11~.I'd like to continue but in 4 days, it's holidays. 8)Back in September, ready to first start on CNS to drop fat to 8%BF, and start bulking after that with CBL SA (surely small or less backloads due to my type of training).)At this moment, i'll put my training and nutritions logs online.PS : please, forgive my poor academical english... ::)

MaleraMemberI think the fact that you know the phrase “academical English” means you have nothing to worry about on that front 😉Welcome and good luck with your journey 🙂

OurkoParticipantHey thanks for the welcome. Tomorrow it's holidays but i'm already looking forward to my return in 3 weeks, and start my trip here. I didn't find much bodyweight training logs.
