Hello! I'm a bit of a cologne freak thus the name, if anyone couldn't deduce for themselves haA buddy of mine told me about CBL last year around November. Being in the AF and needing to stay in shape, and never seeing a six pack before, I figured what the hell. He gave me the basics to see if it was something I could get into and it sounded absolutely perfect for me. With my schedule, I don't have time to make breakfast and hardly eat until noon anyway. I lift 5 days a week after work, which is 5pm so PERFECt. don't need to change anything. I did the 10-day prep with great sucess, 11 lbs! up until I had my PT test, I lost 4 inches on my waist (down to a 34" around the navel!) then it happened...let it go, used it as an excuse and over the next few months gained all those gains right back! Finally said enough, got back into the swing from what I remembered and started seeing results, but slower than before. So I bought the book and I've it twice now and it's insane how quickly it works. I'm on my first week back to how it SHOULD be done and am loking forward to the next couple of months of gains! So please excuse all my questions, because I have tons and am sure I'll have more going through the book again.so that's my story of what brought me to this site. Looking forward to getting help from the regulars and looking forward to becoming a regular myself and helping others!
