It seems like you'll gain tons of fat if you don't go low carb for over a week and make that metabolic shift to fat for fuel. Most people's bodies know how to use carbs well. When you add lots of fat to the mix+ a lot of carbs and protein , it doesn't matter how long much/how long you train, GLUT4 can't help you from being a fat ass. Counting calories might be another story, but that isn't carb backloading.
