Hi people!Last monday I started my prep phase.Would it be OK to do my first backload on the evening of my 9th day (tommorow) after a workout, instead of 10th? What is your opinion? I'm asking because that one day difference is very important to me because I'm studying right now and I noticed I can't focus on low carb diet... I'm asking because Kiefer said in the Carb nite to do carb nite on 9th day - which kind of pushed my mind into that territory. 🙂
