So my wife and I have been on CBL roughly since 19 Jun 13.  We have both seen significant body weight loss and minimal BF% loss.  I am not discouraged since I see how I look everyday and both her and I are a lot leaner.  She was never that big regardless.  My only question or if anyone could critique is our eating.  We think we have it mapped down pretty good.  Our ULC days we balance our fat/protein intake 50/50, we are both going for SA.  On our BL days which are MWF (maybe small Sunday if need be, never happend yet).  Here is our breakdown.  Critique as need be.  Like I said we feel comfortable, but other opinions are welcomed. Non-training daysBreakfast-1 tbsp coconut oil/coffee (cup or two)1100- 8-10 oz chicken/2 cups iceburg lettuce/ 1/4 c feta/red vinegar1730-HIIT1830-chicken or beef (usually chicken)(same breakdown as lunch)2030-3 slices bacon/two fried eggs2130-bedtimeTraining Days (MWF)0500-Tbsp coconut oil, 10g whey isolate, cup or two coffee1100- 8-10 oz chicken/2 cups iceburg lettuce/ 1/4 c feta/red vinegar1700-Pre workout-coffee1730-Weight training1830-PWO1900-8-10 oz of lean ground beef or chicken/2 cups white rice2000-2130-2 cups rice chex with 1/4 c maple syrup, 2-4 slices white bread w/nutella or B&J Peanut butter cup ice cream (2 cups)2200-bedtimeI started this program at 212lbs and am now between 185-190lbs which is roughly where i want to stay.  I know bodyfat will come off slow with CBL SA, but was just curious of everyones opinion.Breakdown in grams BL night:200-250g carbsprotein-130-150gfats-50-75g

Everything looks pretty good to me.  You got the results to show for it.

Definitely yes.  Is it fair to say that I can expect BF% to drop slowly with CBL SA?  Also, would you recommend reducing the comsumption on BL nights?  Meaning, more of one vs. spread out, or would this be kind of like the "grazing" mentioned in the book?

I would backload after every workout, so it depends on how many workout you do.

Yeah, weights are MWF.  So that's when we are backloading.  If we have an off weekend, which are few and far between we may do 2 ULC days (ex. Mon, Tues) and then do our 1st BL on Wed.  Tues and Thurs are HIIT and Sat is Steady State
