That's kinda what I was thinking. I'm not stressed, I don't workout for more then 1 1/2 hrs. Must be something I'm eating
thats not how stress works Im afraid. Low Carbing and fasting is stress. Cortisol is part of the effectiveness of these diets. But it is a stress response none the less.
^^^ He speaks the truth.Although, another possibility could be how you're doing your ab exercises.. Depending on how you contract the muscles you could actually be building your abs out (think power belly, like on weightlifters/powerlifters) instead of building that inward, chiseled "ice cube" look. Just another thought..
