hi everybodyi'm john. i'm 23 and i'm ready to get serious. i did CBL for just under 3 months prior to july and i loved it. i quit the program in july when i went to south africa for a month, where i proceeded to eat like a pig and drink like an alcoholic  ::)it was mostly celebration since i was graduating from northeastern university. now i'm a fresh graduate with a steady job and, most importantly, a wide open schedule. i'm going to hit CBL again for the second time, and this time, track all of my progress with pictures and logs. i'm currently on day 6 of my preplooking forward to learning even more about my body. nice to meet you all
