Hi people!If I have 2 rest days in a row, and I do a HIIT session 10-15min of sprints on a first day of, would it be better to backload that first day after HIITand skip the second day, or don't backload after HIIT on first day and backload on 2nd off day (back to back off day backload)?
If you do it, I'd do it the night before your next workout. Could also experiment with not doing a backload and see how you do that next workout. You may not need the backload. Highly individual.
